Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once you complete your subscription purchase, the service starts immediately.

• You agree that no refunds will be issued after the subscription begins.

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, even if you cancel. For example, if your current period ends on Sep 27, 2025, your plan will remain active until that date.

• If renewed, new AI credits will be added at the start of the next billing period. Any unused credits from the previous period will expire and will not carry over.

• Promotional credits currently have no expiration date, but an expiration period may be set in the future without notice. These credits are non-refundable.

• If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refunds, and your subscription will be considered forfeited.
